Our Terms and Refund Policy


-Your orders will be processed by our staff, and you will receive payment instructions along with shipping details via email. Theres a minimum of 4 bunches for each sale. 

-You can only order our promo box once as a new client. 

-Our company can offer partial or full refunds if the customer provides evidence of damage due to mishandling in the shipping system.

-For any claims, please contact us via email at customerservice@hlandflowers.com to initiate the claim process. The final decision and form of reimbursement are at the discretion of the company.
